- The property was neat, clean and very good. Both the ldies at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient and close to metro and convienient stores.

- Staff will be available until 10PM.Room make up service is not proper.
- The booking falsely claimed twin beds were available but all rooms had two single beds instead. The air conditioning in the room was not able to cope with the summer heat, and to make things worse the air conditioners were power-cycled during the day to stop guests from pre-cooling their rooms.

The location was perfect for the aquarium and universal!
Shower curtain had a bit of mould but overall was okay!
There's a small kitchen for those who would like to cook. Bed was comfortable too.
Bathroom was very small and the bathtub ledge was high to cross over. Curtain railings shifted during the night due to the wind of the aircon and scared me senseless.
The front desk person did not give good directions or advice…. Even with using a translator… we tried to get a taxi and he couldn’t get us one but we later found out we could take a boat ride to universal for free… we wasted a lot of time in the morning
The location was great.
The street was noisy at midnights due to motorcycles.
Staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend
